Every paid plan starts with a 7-day free trial. You are not charged during the trial, and you can cancel at any point in it without paying anything. The trial is how you find out whether Ice Juice Trading is for you — before any money changes hands.
You can cancel at any time from your account page, or by contacting us. When you cancel, your plan stays active through the end of the period you have already paid for, and you will not be billed again. We do not charge a cancellation fee.
Once a billing period has been paid for, that payment is not refundable — including if you cancel partway through the period, and including if you did not use the Service during it. You keep access until the period ends.
We would rather be plain about this than advertise a refund window we do not operate. The free trial exists so that you never have to pay to find out whether the product suits you, and you can cancel before any charge at all.
Nothing here limits any right you have under applicable consumer law.
