Your email address (sign-in and notifications); OAuth access tokens for your brokerage connection (encrypted at rest; we never see your brokerage password); your strategy configurations; and the positions, orders, and account balances needed to run your strategies and show your dashboard. Payments are processed by our merchant of record — we never see your card number.
Run your strategies, show your results, send you the notifications you enable, and operate the Service. We do not sell your data, and we do not share your trading data with third parties except the service providers needed to operate (broker API, hosting, transactional email, payments) — each bound to their own privacy obligations.
Broker tokens are encrypted at rest and access is restricted at the database level. Sign-in is passwordless (email codes); authenticator-app two-factor is required before live-account features. Report issues to security@icejuicetrading.com.
Delete your account any time from settings or by emailing us — we disconnect your broker, delete tokens immediately, and delete or anonymize account data within 30 days, except records we must keep for legal or accounting purposes.
